Can my MacBook Air run Sims 4?

I'm not good with computer stuff, so i was wondering if anyone on here could help? 

Can the Sims 4 run on my mid 2012 MacBook Air?

OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 

MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2012)

Processor: 1,8 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

I believe so. Graphics will most likely have to be place on Low settings. Might want to check out can you run it.
