Can I safely delete all my old saves and tray files?

So I'm running low on storage and I was wondering can I delete all the saves in my saves folder except for the most recent save? Also, what can I delete in my tray folder without losing any data? These two folders take up a lot of space and I was just wondering if I can safely delete some things in them.

Update: I went deep into my sims folder and found that the biggest folder was in Contents->data->client So I'm now in the client folder and there's a bunch of "ClientDeltaBuild0.package" keeps going up in number. Can I delete these?

Update 2: I just found a folder called Sims 4 packs that is 45 gb big. I have 25 packs and about a month ago origin prompted me to redownload all of them. I don't know if they are duplicates but 45 gb seems a little big.

@madsikat

Read Crin's guide on save files to make an informed decision as to what you delete - https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/save-games/

The Tray folder contains all the items saved to your Library in the game such as lots and households. If you delete them they will disappear from the Library.

Do not delete any items in the Sims 4 app.

The Sims 4 Packs contains all your DLC. If you trash it you will need to re-download all your packs again - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/The-Sims-4-macOS-Notarization-FAQ/m-p/8876253#M29009
