Can I run the sims 4 on my MacBook Air

I have a 13" MacBook Air and I don't know if I can run the sims 4 on my macbook. My Mac has a Intel HD-video 3000 384 MB videocard. I'm not so good at comparing these things.

If you plan to buy everything for Sims 4, you'll need at least 8 GB of RAM to properly run the game.
