I have a MacBook Air 16”

Again I have tried moving the tray to the desktop, removing all mods, uninstalled the game, repaired the game!

Apple don't make a 16" MacBook Air, they never have. They do make a 16" MacBook Pro though.

Can you please provide all the information asked for in my previous link? You may think it's a waste of time but your issue may be one that is related to certain hardware or versions of macOS.

That's what I needed. You issue is Sierra. Update to 10.13.6 High Sierra or later to get back into your game.

Basically i have the Sims 4 and 3 installed on my origin. I can play Sims 3 completely fine and it loads up like normal. But when i click on play Sims 4 half my screen turns black from the right and it freezes. I have to turn my computer off and on again to get it back to normal. And the same happens again whenever i try to play it. I do have lots of mods and cc so i removed the folder and tried to play it but the same thing happened. I also repaired the game and checked for updates and it still happens. I uninstalled and re downloaded the game and the same thing happens. I was going to re download origin but i don't think origin is the problem as my other sims game works fine. Any help?
