So I am trying to install the new Sims 3 64 bit release on my Mac. I keep getting the Installation Verification Failure, when the game has launched. I have tried reinstalling it, and that did not work.
Do you have a solution for this yet?
And yes, my Mac meets the minimum requirements to run Sims 3.

Update: This issue should now be solved for all affected players. The issue on EA's end that was causing this particular error has been addressed.
If for some reason you're still seeing the installation verification error, please contact EA customer support:
https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
Specifically say that you play on a Mac and that you would like the entitlement for the 64-bit version of Sims 3 added to your account. If the first support rep doesn't understand, says they can't help, or claims this is not an issue, feel free to ask that this be escalated.

@Leonora1390 and @Willeuno We're trying to figure it out now. I'll post back when there's anything to share.
For anyone else reading, this is the particular error:
If you have a different error, please post a screenshot. Hit cmd-shift-4 and drag your cursor over the section of screen you want to capture. The screenshot will land on your desktop, and you can attach it to or embed it in a post.

I downloaded and installed the Sims 3 64-bit update and as soon as the initial loading screen is complete it says that it hasn’t installed properly and I should uninstall and reinstall it. I’ve tried this several times and the same message appears. I also noticed that behind this message some of the writing is in Spanish and some of it is in English.

I don’t think anyone has been able to play the new version. I personally got an “incomplete installation” message.
