CC enabled but not working

After updating the sims i re-enabled cc in the options, restarted the game and even re-downloaded basically all of the cc i have, but in cas there's no option for custom content anymore?
How do i get cc to work? help

Do you have a UI mod that needs updating?

Can you check? Move your whole Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache file then launch the game so a new Mods folder is created. Quit the game without saving then move ONE piece of CAS CC back into the new Mods folder and see if it shows up.
