CC Problems on MacBook Air

Hey. My computer won't upload cc into my game, I feel like i have tried everything. I have followed several tutorials and done everything right, so it's really annoying that It dosen't come into my game. 

I'm playing on a MacBook Air

I only downloaded furniture, like kitchen counters and decorations, and some couches. I don't know if that's important to know but, yeah.

I hope someone can help me, because I really want to be able to use cc.

Do you have CC enabled in the in-game options?

Have you extracted the CC if they are compressed/zipped when downloaded?

Please could you click on one of the pieces of CC once to select it then go to File > Get Info. Under the General > Where section near the top of the info window please copy and paste the location of the file here.
