@yaprakbalci  I'm so glad the pack is working again.  It's possible it just wasn't downloading correctly at first, although there might be something going on with the install process that occasionally causes this kind of issue.

There is no celebrity journal until a sim becomes a celebrity, and no paparazzi show up until they have a celebrity sim to harass.  So try having your sim earn celebrity points and see what happens.

I think there is a setting for celebrities which  needs to be switched on in the 'manage population' settings - same place where you can switch off supernatural population
