Base Game Broken since the December Patch

Hi! I dont have any mods or cc installed and since the December patch with the skin tones updates my base game is broken? I only see worlds that come with packs and use DLC furnitures, plants, floors... Even CAS is broken! I cant see any sims! SOS!

Have you repaired the game? Can you post a screenshot of broken CAS?

Thanks. Did you repair the game? Right click on it in your Origin games library and select repair game.
