Not only is no one able to ACTUALLY solve a single problem, they refuse to acknowledge it in the first place!
Sims 3 does NOT work on MacBook Air 2017. Not only can I not install half of my expansion packs, but the whole game won't load.
After contacting customer service to have my accounts merged to have access to these other expansions, I am told that there is no way to transfer the product codes...from my own name into my own name?!
Sat on a call for two hours to be told to reset my files by trashing certain ones, complete this of course....still have an "Unknown Error" pop up appear every time the game is launched. It's 2017, why is this even a thing?
Staff NEED to be trained in the actual games/technology issues they're meant to be fixing. There were never any problems like this before Origin came along.
It is completely unacceptable to not be able to play a game + 15 odd expansions, on a brand new device. EA needs to sort their stuff out!

This is 'still a thing' because the game has not been updated in 4 years. Your new Mac is not compatible with the game because it is too new.. The 'Unknown Error' issue and your unsupported Intel graphics are covered in these threads:
