All of my game packs somehow moved into a folder on my desktop and anytime I try to put them back in the EA folder in finder, they just redownload back onto my desktop? I have tried so many times to fix it and I can't find any answers. Please help!!

The Sims 4 Packs is the new location for all your purchased packs. The folder should be located in the same Applications folder as your game is installed to, it should NOT be in the Electronic Arts folder where the Sims 4 folder containing your saves etc. is. Open Origin and click on Origin then Preferences in the menu bar. Click on the Installs & Saves tab. What is in the Game library location field?
