After update my game docent work properly

I just updated my sims and there are a few issues with my game and I don't know how to fix them, I'm using a Mac.

ISSUES

- When I click on my saved games it just gets stuck on the loading screen and doesn't open

- when I tried to make a new game the filters weren't working so I couldn't filter out the male and female clothing or my cc 

and after I managed to make a sim none of my worlds worked it was just a white screen and I couldn't go back,

a game data incomplete warning came up.

I have tried to repair the game and that didn't work and I have also installed my game and reinstalled but that didn't work.

i'm not very good with computers so if you can help can you please explain well because I don't understand very well,
