Great !! I found the Installer Data folder with the 1011164.plist. Although, there's no other plist file in this folder so I can't modify anything.

Option 1
cmd + space and type the name of the .plist file

Option 2

open finder type the name of the .plist file in the search box and click "on this mac"

edit in text editor.

@MaxisJoe hi i tried what you previously commented but it still wont work. my game lets me into the main menu, but it looks weird and the loading screen as well. it let me go as far as selecting a save but it crashes everytime. also when i first updated, i went to go reenable my cc but it sent me to the UI accessibility for some reason and that looked weird as well.

I've done everything you wrote down. Trouble at the very end. Problem is I can't open the file named 1011164.plist. I see in a window next to it the line <string>fr_CA</string> but I can't reach it.
