I have downloaded The Sims 4 successfully years ago. Overtime my laptop space was full and I deleted the Sims off of my computer. Fast forward to tonight and I am not able to input my redeem code in. When i do put my redeem code in it says this redeem code has been used already. I have the two disk and the redeem code, can you please tell me how to resolve this issue.

You need to download and log into Origin using the same EA/Origin account you originally registered the product codes to.
