Hello, I have a question. I recently bought a new computer (macbook air) and downloaded the origin and my sims games. But I can only play for a few minutes and then the computer hangs so I have to turn it off forcibly. Then I uninstalled the original and downloaded it again. But now I can not open the original because it says that another user is using it? Do I have to uninstall my sims games as well as origin? Anyone want to help me? Looking forward to playing.

I’m having the exact same issues, no mods, no cc, installing and such. But nothing is working. I’m so frustrated with having to completely power down my mac and turning it back on to be able to access anything. It freezes when I try to change a sims physical features and then I’m unable to click or do anything on my Mac at all.

Hey, so I just got a new laptop, the new MacBook Pro 13" and when I load the sims 4, it starts for a while and then crashes. This is the first time I'm opening the game but I was able to get the crash text. Can anyone help me figure out what the issue is?
Here's a link to the crash text. https://codebeautify.org/htmlviewer/cb58245a

Hey @Brownsingr, Can you try running a Repair via Origin and see if this continues? Also to check do you have any mods?
