@crinrict hi, sorry for the delay but i haven't played The Sims 4 these days. I just tried to go to the torendi tower penthouse lot in another empty save and it still gives me problems (this time the game did not close but strange black spots and colored lines appeared on the display that seemed to be harmful). as for the last crash txt here's to you

My specs:
Processor: 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9
Memory: 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
OS: Big Sur 11.1 (should not be relevant because the issue started with last OS)
San Myshuno's Fashion District is basically unplayable. The issue persist already for more than 6 months and reinstalling the game, repairing the game through Origin does not fix the issue. For example, when my sims attend a festival in Fashion District there is huge black polygonal that often covers big chunk of area that requires rotating game camera in order to avoid it. Yesterday I was trying to load ZenView apartment and my game does one of the following
This happens both with and without mods. I can share lastCrash.txt if it is helpful.
I believe that rest of San Myshuno works more or less and the problem is in Fashion District in particular and I hope there is a way to do something about it.

So luckily installing Big Sur ioS update worked. However, now I randomly get the colorful spinning wheel that will freeze up my game and then I get an error from origin saying "Origin is not installed and is required to play your game. Please reinstall Origin. We're sorry an error has occurred."
I've reinstalled Origin 2x now...not sure if this is Sims 4 causing error or Origin. If anyone has or had similar issue please let me know!

I'm so sorry but I didn't understand where I should go and look for the solution. would you leave me the link or would you explain it to me? however I have already tried to disable the automatic graphic swiching, iCloud Drive was already disabled, enable vertical sync, repair the game from Origin, uninstall and reinstall it and many other things too but nothing worked ... the game keeps giving me problems (strange black spots and colored lines on the display, unexpected crashes and more ...) I'm desperate and can't take it anymore. I really hope someone will help me as soon as possible.
This is my last crash...
