Sims glitching and crashing

Recently I have had this issue and I dont know what it going on, when i load a save it glitches like mad (see image below) I've removed all mods from my game and it still does it, I've tried removing all my tray files and saves then it doesn't do it anymore. Is there a way I can fix this and keep all my files or do I just have to start all over again?

Do you think it happened after a recent update? Which specific macOS are you running?

I'm running big sur 11.2.2, and maybe. I just assumed I had too many mods so did a huge clear out, then it didn't fix it so I was confused

Thanks. It does seem to be affecting users with Intel HD 6000 and 5000 chips more than others.
