I can't download the sims 4

hi, I just downloaded origin on my Mac I went to buy the sims 4 and got EA play with it too. now when I go into my game library it says its only available on EA play for windows and that I need to buy it AGAIN for Mac. What do I do?

EA Play/Origin Access is a subscription service and not available for Mac. You need to buy the game outright.

I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro with a M1 processor. I downloaded Origin and even bought the Sims 4 download, but when I try to use it from my origin library, It says "Only available on Windows" but everywhere else says the game is available for Macs also. PLEASE HELP ME!

Buy the game outright and not a subscription to EA Play. Instructions in the opening post.

Sims wont download for my mac on origin, and i got EA play so i should be able to play it. What do i do? It says that it is compatible with mac, and my macbook pro meets the system requirements for installation, download and playing. But when i go into game library it just says that i need to buy it for a mac, but i already got access to the sims 4 digital deluxe edition with EA play.

EA Play is currently Windows only. You need to buy the game outright to play it on a Mac. I've merged your post into this thread, the opening post has detailed instructions on how to buy the game and not inadvertently buy an EA Play subscription.
