Hi, i've got a problem with the Origin for Mac. The game Sims 4 I bought is there in the game library, but they are greyed out, and when the game is clicked there is no play/download button, instead only the game details. I saw there are many people experiencing the same thing, so i've tried the suggested solution there but still not working.
1.Restarting the origin app
2.Redownloading the origin app
3.Clear cache origin app
4.Deleting sims 4 from game library and re adding it to the library
Note: I've made sure my computer fulfilled all the system requirement of the game.

When I go to my game library and click on the sims 4 it tells me that I need to buy the game for mac even though I have already paid for it, and when I click on that link it tells me to view the game in my library because I have already bought it and my mac works with this version, and then it just continues that round and round in circles.
I downloaded sims 4 on my MacBook Air, I paid for the game itself and a game pack however it won’t open through origin, I’ve read some posts about something to do with origin access? How can I change it to suit my Mac so I can start playing?
I just recently purchased origin access on my pc to play sims 4, i have been playing it for a couple of days.
However, I just purchased a mac and i now want to play on that, i now know that origin access doesn't work on mac, and then i have to buy it to play it on mac.
But when i go into my origin and it says 'buy to play on mac" i click on that and it wont let me buy it, do i have to cancel my subscription then buy it or is there something i am not seeing.
I recently purchased The Sims 4 through Origin Basic Access. However, after I installed the program, I am only having access to The Sims 3. I am so confused because I read the system requirements before purchasing it, and it seemed to be compatible. I have a MacBook:
Mac OS Mojave
version: 10.14.6 (18G103)
processor: Pro/ 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5
memory: 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Does anyone know why this is happening?

p.s. I can't log in origin website at all. It keeps showing "Sign in is currently unavailable. Please try again later."
