Since you mentioned you're on PlayStation 4, let's give something a try. Please Restore Licenses on your PlayStation to see if it recognizes the purchased expansions again.

Could you describe in what way they're not working ? Do you have issues loading the game with them ? Are you getting any error messages ? Are they not showing up ?
