ps4 dlc move consoles

I purchased two dlc packs on my account

I've now bought my daughter a new ps4 and made it a secondary console and made her a psn account

We cannot play the dlc on her account on her ps4 as it is associated with my account.

Is there anyway to transer it to her account? I won't buy it twice as I won't play it anymore on the primary.

The only way she can is on my ps4 login which defeats the object as I cannot play online when she is on the sims
