[ps4] Scientist Notepad missing after update

Title says it all, I see silence phone and change phone color on the top of the phone, that is all.

the notebook isn't at the top of the phone anymore but at the buttom, the very last tab.

I apologize for the wait on this. Have you been able to access the Notebook from the computer in the meantime?

As for the Notebook on the mobile phone, is it only affecting the Scientist sim, or does it affect every Sim?
