i need help

so i have and XB1  and i have the sims 4 and i got a bundled disc with base game and cats and dogs so i just took it out and put it in my box and nothing happened. It didnt say it was downloading it didnt say i had the pack nothing showed up its like it was just there. and idk wht to do

@TNReyah Do you have the base game digitally? You may need to uninstall the base game to get it to read your disc to install the base game and DLC.
