I Keep Getting Kicked off of The Sims 4 Randomly (console)

Heya,

This has happened to me twice now, both whilst I’ve been building. For some reason, ever since the update, I keep getting kicked off of my game without warning and losing about 1 hours worth of gameplay.

I would really like to get this sorted ASAP as It’s quite annoying having to load up the game entirely and redo what I’ve already done in terms of gameplay.

I got kicked out when I was furnishing a house I built, so I don’t think so.

What console and when you got kicked from the game, did you get an error message or did it just drop you?

I play on my Xbox One. And there is no error message or anything, just a straight up kick.

@Unfitwookie2004 we've also had this while building on our ps4. It says error and crashes. Lost 3 game days of progress. It also seemed to have removed the doors as well as a few lights and picture frames.

My sims 4 game on my xbox one keeps closing and taking me back to my xbox home screen.
