Xbox in-Game problems

My game is riddled with issues.. my sims still can’t ski/snowboard past the easy slopes, pets stay stuck in place for days at a time and end up dying from starvation, my sims disappear and reappear in way different places from each other (from inside their house to outside across the lot), dust bunnies don’t go away after vacuuming over and over again, butlers no longer vacuum after update (yes, I do gift them vacuums), scheduled maids show up maybe once a week now, and the lag gets so bad it makes the game unplayable half of the time.
