Hi there,
With sims 4 on PC/Mac, you can install CC (custom content) which you can get lashes and clothing items and other player created items that are really good. However, on Console you cannot install any CC or Mods. (which are ad ons to the came that players create.) Some of the eyes in CAS have lashes, which are the EA lashes, meaning they aren't separated but more like eyeliner and they're part of the eye so cannot be removed. If you're looking for a way to be able to create custom content and play with it, or install other players creations, I recommend downloading the PC or Mac version of the Sims 4 to have that added gameplay.
