Does anyone's werewolf look like this in case?

Do you have the most recent SDX installed on your console? You can check that by going to Game Options-> Sims Delivery.

Are these Sims you had downloaded from The Gallery, or did you create them yourself?

They were born triplets from my sim that I turned into werewolf by bite.

Thanks for all the info so far! Does this happen with all werewolves you try to create, or only this household?

It has only happened to this family when the children aged up to teens. I haven't made enough more werewolves since I have been playing with this pack.

My teen werewolf after aging up. And I can not turn him back into human form.

Have you been able to test this to see if it's happening with other households as well?

@EA_Solaire No I haven't yet but it only happens when born werewolves age into a teen.
