Vampire skin details now working

Ok so I recently purchased the sims 4 game for my ps4, and so far i’ve liked, so much that I decided to spend $10 on the vampire pack, I downloaded it and all and the dresses and hairstyles show but the thing i was more exited for the face details, the scars and all that, but it’s not showing up! I’m very heated
