URGENT } !!! sims 4 roof glitch!!!!

My sim has a normal house with a normal roof but in build mode and live mode it’s glitching! It does not appear at all in both modes and in build mode if you click on it, it appears all glitchy 😭 PLS HELP IMMEDIATELY I JUST WANT A ROOF😭 I’m playing on an Xbox series s if that helps.
