The sims4 cats and dogs are crashing

When ever I play the sims4 with all the packs, my game had started to crash, when i’m In CAS, and want to create a dog or a cat. 

It started after I bought the pack: new pet content. My HP laptop (who is only 1 year old) is showing a white screen and a problem accrued, where it said: Your graphic hardware is blocked.!

i have tried to uninstall and reinstall the base game and all the packs again, but it still crash with white screen.. What is going on? Please help, it’s frustrating..
