The Sims 4 DlC on PS4 not showing...

Did anyone find a way to solve this issue? I’m currently having the same problem with island living :/

I'm also having this issue, I tried the deactivate/reactivate but it didnt work. I even deleted and redownloaded my game and all my expansions.

I pre-orded Island living, and it shows as downloaded. When I view Installed add on's from options, it shows as locked ? When I'm in the play station store, it will say downloaded, but when I view my downloads there it reads "PRE-ORDER" and then "Playable in:" and every thing is blank. Not even zeros just nothing.

If you're experiencing this issue on the PlayStation 4, could you please give the Restore Licenses option a try? I'd like to see if that helps you see and access your new DLC content.

Deactivating Primary Console and activating it again, along with restarting my PS4 worked wonders for me x

@EA_David thats not what i mean its post to show me the pack i dont have with a gray bubble the ones i have are colorled but the ps store wont let me search but it word before pls help my birthday is friday

I did this and the steps suggested before. Its still showing I purchased them but its not showing up in my sims 4 game.
