The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs Download Issue [ Edited ]

I had bought the pre-order of catsc & dogs back on julJ 7 and it was just released today on PS4 I went back to the psn and it showing it wanted $39.99 in which I already paid with my pre-order. I took a picture of my receipt and went to EA get help then the photo of the receipt would not upload for some reason and it was only like 1.58,mb

ive been on the phone with them all afternoon. i cant download my preorder either. anyways all they said to me is there is no fix right now but maxis and sony are working to solve it and we should have an update soon

Yeah I finally got everything straighten out. I ended up getting talking to Sony and I found out there was some kind of glitch but I was finally able to download the pack by later that day.
