Sims4 Game Keeps Crashing Mac

Whenever I would go on one of my games in the sims4 it would send me back to main menu and say " The game failed to  load. Error Code: 123:9d5d0e8f:b311fa61. It is recommended that you relaunch the game. but when I relaunch the game or reset my computer nothing is working please tell me if there is anything I can do. Thanks.

I cant be of help but if it's for MAC as you say I'd recommend placing this in that forum to get the assistance you need
