Sims not responding to comands or leaving class

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Not sure latest update
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to class or attend a class
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims do not leave class at times if they do they will not respond to any comands
What do you expect to see? Sims to leave class and respond to comands
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@rougeroadrooster Can you first try turning your system completely off. Press and hold the top button on the PS4 until it beeps twice. Wait for the power bar on the top of the console to darken before turning it back on.

After that, if the sim is still having issues, try travelling with the sim to another lot. See if the sim is responsive on a different lot.

Thank you ,I have tried that also and no luck, he will not travel he just stands there .

@rougeroadrooster Does the sim have any friends or family? You can load the other household and invite the stuck sim over.
