Sims clothes and hair removed

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims hair and clothes removed
What do you expect to see? What I put in my sims to stay until I choose to remove them
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

EA or Sims 4 keeps removing my sims clothes and hair.

@EricaMims2020 Try making sure your console is set to home/primary. If your console is losing internet connection, the packs used for those sims may not be recognized and the game will remove anything associated with the packs being used.

Deactivate/Reactivate your Device as Primary/Home XB
