Sims Console NPC Walk into my apartment uninvited all the time

So I was playing console sims when a bunch of sims came into my San Myshuno apartment. Some sims were from willow creek so they weren't the welcome wagon. I just started playing too, so I never gave them a key. They just walk right in. 

ONE OF THEM CHANGED MY BABY'S DIAPER I am not sure how to fix it and it is getting me angry

Try clicking on the front door and make sure it's locked for everyone but your sim.
