Sims 4 will will not work properly

Ok am lost for words. How is that I have every pack, every expansion, am lacking 2 and yet I can't play the game because either it won't   load,  or it won't save, why?? Please explain EA, I have given you to much money for this not work mind you havent played in like 2 months cause it WONT LOAD !! HELP PLEASE  I have uninstalled and reinstalled,  rebooted, and replaced not only my xbox one but my game too! Fix it please@
