Sims 4 ps4 Black screen in lot build mode crash

I'm on the original ps4 system 

Everything was working fine until today whenever I go into world manage and enter a lot to build or place a build into a lot my screen turns black and when I try to go back to world view I crash.

I am able to travel to places and edit sim in cas but build on lot or placing a lot I encounter the black screen and crash

Are you receiving any error codes when the game crashes on you? You can check your error code history from the main menu of your PlayStation by going to Settings-> System-> Error History.

Yes I'm receiving the error code ce - 34878 - 0

It only happens when I place a lot from gallery

Thanks for the info! Is it every lot from The Gallery, or only large builds with lots of items? 

Let's also try the steps in the thread here to clear that error up. Let me know how this works for you!

It's most builds from the gallery some hard lots of items and others not much... but the builds from the library works fine.
