Sims 4 Xbox One is not Loading into my household

Yesterday I was able to play my sims 4 on my Xbox one then an hour later it would not let me load into my household. I tried to restart the game multiple times, I took the disc out for a little bit while I played another  game and it’s still didn’t work. So I got off the game for the night and decided to try again tomorrow. Today I tried loading it up and it’s still not working. Can someone please help me.

@kidplxys Did you shut your console completely down? If not try restarting your console completely.
