I play Sims 4 on my XBox One, and an error occurs now when I try to play a family in the Oasis Springs neighborhood. I have Cats & Dogs and Dine In only.  Every time I try to load certain families, this error pops up and returns me to the Manage Worlds page.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled everything. I've done a hard reset and the error still persists. Not quite sure what's happening but can someone please assist?

@nicolein2006  Do you have a backup save from before this started happening? You may need to reload the backup.

You said it's just a couple households that do this? Is it a legacy save or can you save those households to the library and then place them back down into the world and see if it persists. Placing them from the library clears all their relationships so if it's a legacy family they'd lose any out of household family connections. They keep all their skills and careers from the library just not relationships.
