Sims 4 Vampire stuck at PS4 library?

Sims 4 Vampires

I have the Sims 4 (Bluray CD) on PS4. Now last night i downloaded on Playstation Store the expansion game Sims 4 Vampires. It was discounted for about AUD 20.95 and paid through PayPal. However after downloading it, it was stuck in my PS4 library saying 'waiting to install'.

Is there anything wrong?

This is my first time to purchase an add-on the PS4 store. Did I do it right? Would the downloaded content be applied to the CD game?

Thanks I didn't know even after the DLC finished I still had to download it x.X

Restart console, check library under purchases, and click download.  Let it run in the background, if you are playing the game it will inform you when it is done and will prompt you for restarting the game to get the DLC.

I think i know whats wrong. Its all about the region. I am using a Sims 4 CD from the US, however my account in Playstation Store is in Australia. So when i purchased the Vampire pack its not compatible with the USA game (CD).

I live in the US and I am having trouble with it as well. I can't seem to get it to show up on my game. It says that it is installed and downloaded but it won't show up and say in game that it isn't installed.

I bought my dlc for the vampires and it updated and installed the dlc and shoes I have the vampire add-on but will not show the "add vampire"

When you're in-game, do you see Forgotten Hollow as an available world?
