Sims 4 Crashing xbox one

Everytime I go to save my game or to leave the lot I am on the game crashes and I am back on my xbox home screen. I am getting super annoyed and about to give up. I own all the dlcs. Which makes the game crashing constantly super frustrating. I ho to save before leaving the lot crash I just leave a lot. Crash ... it saves once out of ever two times but will still crash when going to leave the lot if it does save. When I get back on and try for a second time it will immediately crash when I leave the lot. What is going on !?!
