SIMS 4 DLC PROBLEMS

I bought 2 DLC from the store but only one shows up in each game. I have Island Living and Cats/Dogs. It says both are installed but when I go back in game only one is in the game and says the other i’ll have to buy again. 

*I bought vintage glamour digitally.
