Residential haunted lot type not showing up on Xbox One version [ Edited ]

I just got  the paranormal pack on Xbox One for the SIMS 4 and went to a residential lot where I previously had 2 ghost living. I went to build mode and couldn't change from residential to  anything else,  as residential was the only thing there. So I moved the 2 ghosts out exited the game and went to the lot and build mode, every other venue type was available but no residential haunted. Well I bulldozed the lot and tried again,  again everything except residential haunted was on the list. What gives? How the heck do I get this on my xbox one sims 4?

@Ironman2ooo The pack may not actually be downloaded on your system, or you may need to reboot your console to get it to appear.
