A Patch has been released! Please update your game to the latest version, and then power down your console completely before restarting and launching the game. Hopefully that helps. If not please read below for direction on issues and open a bug report with more information when there is no current thread.

XB1 Update and Power Instructions

1. Turn off Your system completely

• Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
• Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
  Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
• Plug the console power cable back in.
• Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on. 

2. Make sure your game is up to date.

• To set your console to automatically receive updates:
  • Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
  • Select System > Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
  • Select Keep my console up to date for console and Keep my games & apps up to date for games and apps.

3. Make sure your Console system software is up to date. 

• Make sure your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.
• Select System > Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
• Under Updates, you’ll see:
  • Console update available. Select this button to begin your update, or
  • No console update available. This means your console is up to date.

PS4 Update and Power Instructions.

1. Turn off Your system completely, let it sit for a few minutes and power it back on. 

2. Make sure your game is up to date. 

• Go to the PlayStation home screen. 
• Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
• Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.
• Restart the Console completely.

3. Make sure your Console system software is up to date. 

• Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
• Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
• Reboot your PlayStation 4.

• [ALL] Experiencing Bad FPS loss/Lag in Build Mode please use Severe FPS loss (Lagging) when entering/exiting Build Mode
• [ALL] Very Low FPS in Live mode, not related to being in Build/Buy, please use Low FPS in Live Mode (Not Build/Buy Related)
• [ALL] Experiencing Bad FPS loss/Lag when taking pictures please use Huge FPS loss when taking pictures
• [PS/XB] CAS Pressing the "Square/X" button when zoomed in on the face brings up body options, please use this thread CAS Shortcut Button brings up Body Menu when Zoomed in on Face 
• [ALL] CAS If you have makeup appearing on sims or in all outfit categories that you didn't apply, please use this thread Sims Randomly Wearing Makeup
• [PS][NEED SAVES] If you crash when exiting the CAS/Build Mode/Travel/Save and Exit Please use this thread Crashing During Travel/Save the Game/Exiting Build Mode Patch 1.37 
• [XB] If you crash when exiting the CAS/Build Mode/Travel/Save and Exit, your game won't load/save or crash randomly, Please read/do the troubleshooting linked and post there XB1
• [PS] Game Crash when opening the Gallery use this thread Game Crashes when Accessing the Gallery 
• [PS][[NEED SAVES] If your cursor speed accelerates suddenly please use this thread Cursor Scrolls to Fast Randomly 
• [ALL] If your sim walks "as the crow flies" through trees and fencing or rocks while hiking please use this thread Pathing Issues while Hiking on Home Lot to/from trails 
• [ALL] If you are opening a scrolling popup window for careers, services, classes, etc; the scrolling breaks and the window gets stuck on the screen use this thread Popup Menus Stuck on Screen.  
• [ALL] Sound is missing (not crackling or skipping, just missing), please use this thread Muted Sounds
• [ALL] If your bumpers/L1/R1 buttons stop working in the CAS/Build Mode/Gallery, you can't rotate your sim in the CAS, or you are seeing Gallery menu Distortion see these bug threads 
  
  • LB/RB Buttons stop working in CAS to switch outfit category 
  • Gallery Menu Distortion
  • Can’t place windows individually. Only allows to be auto placed.
• [ALL] If you have controls appearing on the screen, this is not a bug. Please see Controls for Sims on Console or Controls on top Right of Screen.
