Sims 4 on PS4 Won't load

I purchased the sims4 around August of last year (2019)  I did not have a lot of time to play the game because of work and school, so my ps4 went unplayed until around December. It wasn’t till recently I went to load the game, it said I never purchased it and asked me to buy it. Could you please explain to me how to fix it. (I have tried turning it off and on again with no success)

@Jailbird003  Please check to see that you are on the profile that purchased the game. You can only download the game on the account that previously purchased the game. If that account is no longer on your PS4, it needs to be logged in again before you can download the game or you need to purchase it on your account.
