Sims 4 Not Working since installing High School Years

 I haven't got to do anything since downloading the high school years expansion pack, Super upsetting. My loading screens freeze and never load up. 

I'm on a ps4 though. I have no idea how to fix my issue.

Are you getting any kind of error code when this happens?

You can check this by going to Settings-> System-> Error History.
