PS4 Pro, The sims 4, lag/freeze [ Edited ]

I was Having this Issue also, only had game a few days.

I followed these Steps.

Power off PS4 Console

Unplug Console for 1 minute

Reconnect everything

Remove any Physical disc (only if you have digital copy)

Was still getting lag but didn't seem as bad

So after that

On PS4 Homescreen go to

Settings > Notifications > Pop-Up Notifications --- Untick Display Pop-Up Notifications

Settings > System > Automatic Downloads --- Untick Featured Content

Settings > Remote Play Connection Settings --- Untick Enable Remote Play

After that my game seems to be running the way its meant to.

Just a Note while this worked on my Slim FFXV Edition, It did not help on my Day One Edition, but that's likely needing to be cleaned and repaired again.

As a note may matter may not. Console has been upgraded with a 2TB FireCuda SSHD Gaming Drive

The game lag a lot. It freeze all the time.

My sims can't perform action sometimes.

And my sims look so good in CAS while when playing in the game the graphic of my sims is so crappy and awful.

Fix this game! We don't need workaround. We need a major update!

The Sims 4 for Xbox One X lags so much too and crashes, sometimes the game is unplayable.

EA should improve performance for this game for console.
