Ps4 crashing [ Edited ]

This is happening on my PS4. Its extremely frustrating. It crashes during load screens, save screens (which is the most annoying-and you loose the save), when placing new lots in the community and simply just during random gameplay.  This happened to me about 4x last night and again today about 3x.  -_-
