Problem with new patch

I've downloaded the new patch for 2019 but when I start up the game it's still the old version and appears to have no uploaded. I also downloaded the new paradise living and that's downloaded fine and is able to play it's just the  new update? Am I doing something wrong?

Try this method: i did this for installation issues with the packs go onto your ps4 settings and deactivate your primary ps4 switch it on and off and then restart your ps4. Google these settings if your not sure.
